We’ll define the core principles behind strong RevTech architectures: how to avoid tool stacking, when to use off-the-shelf SaaS vs custom builds, what “MVP approach” means in RevTech, and how to design systems that survive team and strategy changes. This is the lens we’ll use for all application modules that follow.

You’ll learn how to think about data as infrastructure, including data sourcing, enrichment, normalization, and activation, and how CRM fits into a broader system architecture.
This module sets up a framework for everything we’ll cover across outbound, inbound, and allbound motions.
We’ll begin shaping early hypotheses for your refined business focus and positioning. We’ll validate them against your strengths, market opportunities, and personal fit, and start defining your unique decision-making framework.
AI & Context Engineering in Modern GTM (+ Portfolio Project Kickoff)
Learn how modern GTM teams use context engineering to make AI reliable, repeatable, and useful inside real systems.
We’ll break down how context is created, maintained, and used across AI-based GTM workflows, from research and prioritization to routing and personalization. You’ll see where AI adds leverage, where it breaks, and what guardrails matter in real client work.
At the end of the session, we’ll introduce the Portfolio Project and kick off the practical phase of the program, where you’ll start building a real-life deliverable throughout the following weeks.
Prepare your initial portfolio project brief (internal or client-facing) and share it with Pawel ahead of the third 1:1 session. Focus on business context and intended impact rather than specific tooling choices.
Outbound Motions & Systems Design
Gain clarity on the different types of outbound motions and how to design them intentionally based on your objective. Learn how outbound can be used for pipeline generation, market exploration, or hypothesis validation, and how each goal shapes strategy, process, and tooling.
We’ll break down why not all outbound motions are created equal and when to use 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 approaches. We’ll explore how different outbound goals, from market exploration and hypothesis testing to pipeline generation, influence how you design the motion, structure the process, and choose tooling.
You’ll see practical examples across sourcing, enrichment, and sequencing, with demos using partner tooling. We’ll also cover how to use PVPs (permissionless value propositions) and PQS (pain-qualified segments) to create relevance without relying on volume.
We’ll review and refine your proposed portfolio project scope. Together, we’ll pressure-test business assumptions, relevance, and how the outbound motions can support your chosen objective.
Inbound Motions & Demand Capture
Learn how to turn inbound signals into predictable demand and connect them to revenue workflows. Understand how inbound fits into your broader GTM system and when it should be the primary motion versus a supporting one.
We’ll explore inbound as a system for capturing and interpreting intent, not just generating leads. You’ll learn how signals flow through enrichment, qualification, and routing, and how different inbound motions support PLG, sales-assisted, and enterprise GTM strategies.
We’ll cover how to design inbound architectures that align with deal size, sales involvement, and growth stage, including content-to-lead workflows and inbound scoring models.
Apply the inbound concepts to your portfolio project. Define which inbound signals matter for your use case, how they should be enriched and qualified, and how they route into outbound, sales, or lifecycle workflows.
Allbound as a GTM Integration Layer
Understand how outbound, inbound, and RevOps come together as a single GTM system, and how allbound thinking creates leverage across motions.
We’ll look at allbound GTM as an integration layer across the buyer journey, not as another standalone motion. The focus is on how outbound, inbound, and RevOps systems interact, share signals, and reinforce each other when designed intentionally.
This session also sets the context for deciding where to concentrate your efforts next, both in how you build GTM systems internally and how you translate that thinking into client-facing work, without forcing rigid specialization too early.
We’ll refine your GTM focus and align it with your emerging positioning. We’ll also confirm how your portfolio project fits into the broader GTM architecture you want to build internally or take to market through client work.
Building IP & Client-Facing Assets

We’ll explore the difference between reusable assets and true IP, and how to productize your processes into scorecards, frameworks, and client-facing templates. You’ll see how these assets scale your delivery while building authority.
